I was expecting a cashback from 1st for women as from 10 Feb 2025. I have spoke to 2 different consultants, and they never picked up why was the cashback not paid. On the 24th of Feb I spoke to Fezile Hlongwane wo I expressed my emotions to and she was calm as I was so frustrated. She promised to call me back and update me. She did that I received thee email on the 26 confirming the payment will be done within 48. Same day payment was received. THANKS
