I was changing my standards cover to comprehensive and I did not understand a lot about what what my cover includes and benefits but Paballo made it easy for me to understand because of her patience and understanding, I really appreciate they way she handled my situation, I'm now in a better position knowing exactly what I'm covered for and believe I in good hands with FFW..
