I was called this morning by a sales consultant who then transferred me to Tarry to assist with my query. I was feeling very angry 😡 and frustrated 😣, I expressed how I felt to Terry with a calming and assuring voice she authenticated me and proceeded to assist me and at the end of the call all the feelings of frustration and anger 😡 has disappeared into the thin air and I felt as light as a feather 🪶 and she changed the mood for my day and helped me put it back on a positive light. Thank you Terry for being so knowledgeable, understanding and professional. I hope every client you assist will have the assurance that we are in good hands at first for woman. Well done and keep it up. Thank you ☺️
