I was assisted firstly by Lerato. He was very patient with me and had to refer me to another department to assist me further. I than spoke to Tendo...very amazing also at his work. He explained everything I needed to know, did all the measures he was supposed to do and left me as a happy client. I honestly don't see myself using another insurer for my car and house content. F4W is always accommodating to a customer's needs and the consultants are just amazing in making sure their service goes well long way. Thank you Tendo and Lerato
