I was assisted by Ms.shoumeen crow, who helped me very well. She gave me time to explain my problem and was advising where she could and gave me steps of procedure and i was clear overall. She went as far as explaining claiming processes and steps that will follow after my claim is approved and also included about how do i get car hire. I so wish you can have more of people like her and for her hard work it would be good that she is used to train other staff members.
