I was assisted by Angel Mbali Makhubele.. regarding a debit that had went off, after I had already covered the fees... And she was a great help. She was very patient and helped alot. I am happy with her service in resolving this issue.

I am disappointed that, upon following up with Angel Mbali Makhubele via email a week later, she requested my statement again without explanation. I had already sent that and my ID when she first asked a week prior, but I continued to send it again and asked what the holdup was and why I had to do it again, and she went silent.
I then called and was assisted by another consultant who only made me aware that my statement was only sent in for the refund, the day I actually sent the second one again.
I am very disappointed in how this was handled, and it caused another delay for my refund as it was submitted only after I checked on the progress.
I have made her aware via email, and she has still been silent.
