I was a policy holder for years!Loved using 1st for women. Until my 1st claim! I was saddened by the outcome! I am unable to purchase a replacement vehicle.To my knowledge I was not given the correct information and a debit order went off on my account! Today I reached out was contacted immediately and the lovely lady who assisted me gave me all the correct information helped me understand what was the reason and assisted me in closing my portfolio and has resolved me issue with ease.
