I wanted to correct the policy details which were captured incorrectly. I spoke to Nomfundo who explained other benefits to me. She did that with such deligence, patience and professionalism that I ended up adding building cover. Through out the call she answered my questions without getting impatient which to me meant that she was not in a rush to get over the call.
