I want my refund now

I'm honestly getting annoyed with 1st for women, I logged a complaint requesting for a refund on my policy on the 13th February 2026 I was given a turn around time of 14 days ! To date I note recieved any feedback. I have been calling your call centre and the number says it's not available! Where and how do I get hold of you ?? All the more reason I want to cancel my policy you are impossible to get hold of ! Policy number ***
