I want my money back
I have cancelled my insurance in the beginning of the month but they are still deducting , I want my money back

We acknowlege the concerns raised and understand that the value added premiums are deducted a month in arrears. The policy has indeed been cancelled and this is the only reason why the last deduction went through.
