I want my emba*****t from first for women

Hello Peter please help me, I had a very bad experience with first for women insurance cover. Called in for an emba*****t for tyres I paid for myself where else I have a Tyre and rim cover with them, explained to the agent that I bought the Tyres because I was rushing to Durban from free state. They disagreed to embas me after I have given them all proof they needed, the agents I dealt with were very rude, I had to even cancel all the insurances I have with them, I'm paying first for women close to R2000 every month but they fail to assist with something so little.
