I traded in my car on the 1st of feband it was covered with first for woman,so I asked for my premium back since I won't be covered for February yoh they gave me run arounds.they me to send proof of trade in,I did but even now I didn't get my premium back.when I call they put me on the like n be like hold for someone who is going to help u.then I hold until I get tired😭😭😭
