I took up a policy with FFW and I had an accident. The claim process was very smooth and they kept me informed during the process. I recently found a more affordable insurance at work hence I wanted to cancel. I spoke to Taonga Phiri who assisted me cancel the policy. This lady is very professional and she makes sure that you get all available options before proceeding with cancellation. The way she was talking to me on the phone, you’d swear we met before.
