I spoke to your agent Bonny this morning, the humbleness… listening to me even when she could hear I was spiralling and frustrated… responding calmly, and making sure that she consulted on how to meet my needs. She followed up multiple times and still managed to speak to me with respect. Honestly I appreciate what she did for me today…
