I spoke to Mennen Bloem about a problem I had with a Claims Assessor called Prishina Ramassur. He managed to get an escalation done to get her manager to contact me to resolve my claim query. He also gave me extra advice on the other options I had and explained them clearly. I feel more at ease now knowing what the next steps will be and that he has made sure he put the notice for the manager to call me
