I spoke to a consultant this morning at approx 9:15 and after realizing that I was calling from my cell phone she said that someone will call me back between 30 mins to 1 hour. At approx 9:45 a lady by the name Nkululeko Nkuma called and resolved my problem within 6 mins. She was very pleasant and accommodating. There were times when the line was unclear but that was not her fault. Great service. Deserves 4/5 stars.
