I requested them to look into my monthly premium. As I can't afford to pay R1600 monthly. Nthabiseng called and explained everything and spoke to her superiors to decrease my installment. They approved it, from R1600 to R980 monthly. I appreciate the call from Nthabiseng and her understanding. I was thinking of changing insurance, but after that call, I am still with 1st for women.
