I requested a call back this morning and within minutes First for women called. I was assisted by two wonderful ladies, I belive is Ntokozo, hope I'm correct and she referred me to Nthabiseng who explained a whole lot of things I didn't know about my car insurance. I'm so happy that she took her time and explained all of that to me. I'm happy to be part of the insurance company that not only takes care of the policy holder, but her near and dear ones.
