I reported that someone drove into my car and the person is willing to cover all costs

I reported that someone drove into my car and the person is willing to cover all costs.The lady that assisted us , very professional, knowledgeable about her work.I also updated my policy information that went through without any hiccups.The only problem that I had was with the virtual assistant that repeated the same questions over and over.Please improve on that or get rid of it.
