I regret

1st for Women lady representative called me to offer me scratch and dent. So I listened to her explanation and I told her I would be able to afford it and she kept on convincing me I told her for now let's stick my premium. And she said okay bye, because I am new, I wanted to ask more and fix some of the things missing in my policy.. So I'm concerned if I get such bad service now what will happen when I claim. I really want to cry right now because I left my insurance they have never been rude to me like 1st for women have. It's even hard to contact them. There are things missing from my application but they are not even bothered about making sure that everything is good. I regret...
