I recently had my insurance reviewed to try to get a better deal and managed to add on more cover.. About a week later I went over the documents n noticed incorrect address details.. Tho it was weekend, I requested a call back on the app and got that call on a Monday afternoon. The issue has been resolved and the interaction with the consultant pleasant n quick.
