I received my annual increase on my car insurance premium notice this morning

I received my annual increase on my car insurance premium notice this morning. l feeling very disgruntled with the service and thier inconsideration of my having been a client for 6 years plus called with the intent on terminating my policy after so long. Further to that I was claims free and have an excellent insurance history. I was put through to Sebastian Ramouthar in the retentions department to try and console and reconcile my concerns. He heard every concern and validated me as a consumer of the service provider and managed to bring my premiums within reasonable and affordable means. I would like to thank Sebastian personally for taking the time and adding great value and also helping me understand from various perspectives on the matters I queried. FFS has retained my services no doubt to that type of personal, professional and quality treatment. Thank you and keep up the great work.
