I received a notification for an unaffordable premium increase but am also transitioning to motorcycle from car for fuel saving. The team that assisted me today helped me add the bike to the cover but allowed a premium review to make both items more affordable post the rate increase. In the current economic climate we are in where every human is challenged, I am so grateful for the kind, friendly and empathetic service from the 1st for women team.
