I phoned to cancel premium due to high premium but maria was able to assist me to come up with more reasonable and affordable premium

I phoned to cancel premium due to high premium but maria was able to assist me to come up with more reasonable and affordable premium . So i end up keeping it. Was very much happy with the way she handled the issue
