I paid for Higher Value but Got Less Value Phone

When I took out my Cellphone Insurance I stated the value of the Cellphone and my premiums were calculated according to the value of the cellular cellphone but when I made a claim, My cellphone was replaced with the same one but lower value... my problem is the value, The value that I specified was R9000 and after the claim the Insurance replaced my cellphone or R4900+ of which I still had to pay the excess of R1250<br> <br> I need clarity of this because it doesn't make any sense to me.<br>
