I needed a lower premium cos am paying R493 and it was decreased to R463 of which I think it's almost the same

I needed a lower premium cos am paying R493 and it was decreased to R463 of which I think it's almost the same. I was expecting to save R100 or more cos the value of the car depreciate every time
