I moved house end of December and in the process hit 2 potholes, hence getting 2 punctured tyres

I moved house end of December and in the process hit 2 potholes, hence getting 2 punctured tyres. A guy was sent to change my tyre. In the meantime I have lodged a claim with FFW for my cars tyres and rims. They have been very helpful and keep in touch with what's happening!!
