I made a quote with ffw and i accepted the offer until i was quoted with another insurer who had less premium compared to ffw. I called ffw to cancel but Linda made sure that they keep me as a client and re quoted and matched the offer of the other insurer.I was so happy as ffw is my favorite. I thank Linda a polite mannered lady for being so helpful.
