I made a claim on the 18 of May 2024

I made a claim on the 18 of May 2024. Had an accident and my car was damaged on the side and the steering rack/ suspension was broken. Till today I don’t have a car they only repaired a dent then I was told the repair on suspension was not approved by Assessor. Till today I’m still waiting for response from the assessor but nothing. I have been calling the claims department but I’m not getting any help and I can’t accept a car that is not fixed and be expected to pay R9300 excess.
