I'm extremely angry at first for women

I am extremely angry at first for women not only are you not professional but lying too.after the telephone discussion first for women promised me a report from vw which i never received.i was dealing with crystal and after few days a consultant contact me to tell me my claim was approved my car is at Nungu panel beaters I asked them what about the report from vw I want to see the damaged to my car she Then told me she will get back to me she was surprised I never received the report.crystal phoned me to ask if my car is fixed I'm I a happy customer I told her no ways first you promised you will take my vehicle to vw and I will get a report of the damage of the vehicle then two minutes my claim is approved my car is at Nungu panel beaters.Crystal told me that the car was taken to vw and that it was just a minor thing they even checked my car for free it's like all plain lies I just kept quiet. Today I went to Nungu panel beaters and guess what they send me an email saying I have to bring my car to be checked it was authorised and the bumper n painting it's like R4200 to fix and they will also have to check the flashing light of the engine it means it was never at vw as promised.
