I just want to commend Mr Lesego Malebane on his outstanding customer service. He has been the only person during my whole claim process with First For Woman that actually gave me proper insight and really listened to me as a client. Everyone else, especially at the claims department are a real disappointment. I can't fathom how management allow their staff to speak to clients in the manner that the Claims department does. Well done to Lesego 🙏🏽 This guy really deserves many praises. I told him on our call that I feel like his supervisor or manager should pay for his lunch today for his excellent service. He the kind of guy we need handling calls all the time. Really professionally and sympathetic
