I just want to cancel this insurance, please help!!!

<p>I have attempted on three different occassions to cancel my insurance with this company since Tuesday, 8 November to no luck. Please can someone call me to finalise this. Your online chat is of no use as both consultants that I spoke to (Reinier van Ede and Alida Van Der Westhuizen) said they have noted my query and will call me back.... to date no one has called me back. This is even more reason for me and people around me to leave this company. Overpriced with poor service!</p> <p> </p>
