I just spoke with the most wonderful and pleasant gentleman, Nkosinathi Shezi. Initially, I was very angry, but he managed to calm me down with such professionalism and empathy. He patiently took me through the safest and most appropriate options available. We even went as far as discussing another ongoing case, and the advice he gave was truly excellent. As single women, our lives would be so much better if we had more people like Mr. Shezi in positions to help and support us.
