I have written to this platform with this company complaining that am getting messages to approve their debit order even I have cancelled their insurance and I was promised that the problem will be sorted but to this day am still getting messages to approve their debit order just few minutes ago I have been to the bank to decline their debit order, I am very disappointed and would urge anyone not to take up insurance with this company as am struggling to get out of them, every month end I decline their request and I am asking myself why do they send me a message to approve if I do not have insurance with them, I am very angry with this company
