I have no words
This insurance company is blatantly insisting that I have a VAP cover with them which I cancelled in June 2020 after it proved to be of no use. Fast forward to 4 months later FFW decides to deduct the cancelled VAP cover after endless Hello Peter posts and specifically speaking to one of their service consultants to cancel the cover. 1st For Women is the worst
