I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE

The car was towed after an an accident on 24 July 2019 by First for Women and a buy-back claim finalised with Taslima who was terrible at communication and never once gave full information and could never be reached. I was informed that i need to collect the car at the salvage yard in Pomona by Friday 2019 and arranged for collection on Thursday 22 August 2019.

When the car was released it had no battery, meaning the battery was removed by someone. On 22 August 2019 I informed *** that the battery was ******, never once did she give me feedback after sending the proof she requested. The car has now been fully repaired and is awaiting collection, it has no battery, i have been sent from pillar to post by Firstforwomen staff and the panel beaters will start charging a storage cost from tomorrow. i spoke to Thembakazi Sigasa and emailed her the emails Jennine ignored and she referred me to Jolene Venter who has explained that she's the wrong person to speak to. FirstHelp is also of no help after speaking to Keitumetse Motsake who wants me to send an email to customer service after explaining that this is an escalation.

I have been hugely inconvenienced because i have returned the rental car yesterday, i am currently without a car because my car does not have a battery and is waiting at a workshop where i will start incurring costs tomorrow...

This is the worst service i have ever experienced. no one has a solution and no one knows who is responsible.

I have received a satisfactory solution from Marcelino who received communication of my issue from Thembakazi Sigasa after follow up with her on email.
