I have lodged a claim with Angel Thando Mbatha at 1st for Woman Claims Department. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout. She also sensitized me to the Cash back savings benefit and the procedure thereof. I mentioned that I am a housewife for several years allready and my husband a pensioner and we thus battle with all our obligations. I also said that the increase in my policy of more than R300 - 00 was very steep at the end of March 2025, in comparison with some other policies of ours. She referred me to their discount section in regards to our monthly installment. She also promised to follow-up on 07 April 2025 in regards to the implementation of the Cash back benefit. She provided me with the name of the agent that will deal with my claim further and gave me a 48 hour feedback/registration of the claim period. I shortly afterwards received an email confirming the registration of the said claim accompanied by a number thereof. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Ms Mbatha.
