I have lodge a complaint about the accident claim i have submitted on 28 Jan still no agent contacted me. Im frustrated i was in an accident and i dont get feedback on my claim.

02 Feb 2026, 17:21It is so unfortunate how you can say you have car insurance, when it comes to claim for ancident then you cannot be assisted. This is the second time i submit a claim with this insurer then i get rejected. No one is planning to be invloved in an accident. I am very disappointed on 1st for women.
