I have cancelled my policy with First For Women Insurance. I would like to specifically thank Sinenhlanhla for the assistance she provided during the cancellation process. Sinenhlanhla was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and helpful. She went out of her way to try and lower my premium to match the quotation from the new insurance company I have joined. She explored all possible discounts and options to ensure that I could still afford the policy while maintaining the same level of cover. Unfortunately, despite previous attempts to reduce costs—I ultimately decided to move to a different insurance provider that is more affordable for me at this time.I am satisfied with the level of service I received during the cancellation process. The effort made to retain me as a client was evident, and I truly appreciate the assistance and professionalism shown. Thank you for the support and understanding.
