I have been trying to cancel my policy with 1st for women for the past 3 weeks now and to my bemu*****t the policy is still active. They made me hold for 17 minutes before speaking to an agent who did not resolve the issue, but rather told me he would call back after 5 minutes, and that was over 2 hours ago.
