I HAVE BEEN LOYAL FOR YEAR SBEEN CANCELLED
<p>I HAVE BEEN SUCH A LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS AND CANNOT BELIEVE HOW I WAS JUST CUT OFF LIKE THIS AND CANCELLED WHEN I SAID YOOU COULD WITHPLEASURE DEBIT PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT</p> <p> </p> <p>I WAS NOT EVEN CANCELLETION DOCUMENTATION!</p> <p> </p> <p>UNPROFESSIONAL AND *********! </p>

We have double checked the reason for cancellation and assure you that the problem does not relate to the us as the Insurer, but to the bank instead.
The reason provided to us is that the payment was stopped at the Bank which means we were not allowed the authority to deduct the premium as usual.
