I have additional cover with 1st for woman scratch and dents i submitted a claim on 1st october 2022 and no one contacted me since until yesterday on 11 October their consultant call me to tell me that my claim has be declined for me poor service delivery and lack of communication, i have been claim and all the time my claim been declined and the must stop this nonses of selling us **** information
