I had best experience ever in my life while I was talking to Tumelo. The guy was so energetic and fresh, speaks with respect and clear compare to all these other call centre's. I so wish Tumelo can always have the energy and be helpful to clients. Secondly I am still waiting for the feedback from Jabulile Ndala, that's the only thing that bothers me.
