I had an accident on the 1st May, took my car for repairs at Technostar on the 21st May and took a courtesy car on the same day

I had an accident on the 1st May, took my car for repairs at Technostar on the 21st May and took a courtesy car on the same day. I had to return the courtesy car on the 20th June and my car is not back yet. I logged a complaint on the 14th June for an extension of the car, and also on the 19th June they never got back to me. I used their app for a call back option they never called me back. I called them again today they said they will contact me and they can't get hold of the panel beaters. I'm not at work right now because I work far from home and I travel daily. They don't seem to care about that, so do I have to lose my job whereas I've been their client for 3 years
