I had an accident on the 11th of April and claim was approved on the 23rd. I don’t know what took so long, they’re not communicating with me with regards to payment and also when I try to call them it’s just start counting as if I’m talking to someone but it didn’t even ring no dash board recording. I’m tired of their bad treatment of delaying on purpose because I don’t have a cutersy car so I’m not costing them anything
