I had an accident and I had to wait a long time to get my car towed, u ended up arranging with a tow company to call FFW. It took a week for vehicle assessment, was informed my vehicle is a write off and I was told to cancel my insurance. No one has told me where my vehicle is. Still waiting for instructions on how to get the retail value payout.
