I had a terrible experience with First for Woman

I had a terrible experience with First for Woman. Llewellyn was handling my claim.He was absolutely ***********. He never send me his email address. He **** about the claim I put in for my car left mirror cover. He told me the money for the mirror cover was deposited into my bank account and it was never.Still I can not settle this claim. Llewellyn said it was covered under scratch and dent. I had disgusting service from Llewelyn he was shouting at me and miss treat me. I'm waiting for this claim to pay out. I'm not a happy customer at the moment. Very disappointed. Thank you Mrs M Griesel
