I had a query with regards to the cash back after 4 years, which I asked for upon taking out the policy
I had a query with regards to the cash back after 4 years, which I asked for upon taking out the policy. Every time I managed to speak to a consultant, they promised to escalate the matter and provide feedback. None to date.
