I had a great experience with 1st for Women Assistance. I spoke to Samantha M, and she assisted me very promptly and professionally. I queried my latest premium increase and requested that she review it for me. Samantha clearly explained the reason for the annual increase and, more importantly, went the extra mile to review my premium. She was able to offer me a reduced premium that is even lower than what I am currently paying.
