I had a claim on the 19th April with a pipe leading to the geyser that burst which was fix same day but the resultant damage is not as ffw say is not cause by the water leaking into the cupboard. They saying that it is an old damage. Yes I do have an old kitchen but the water did damage the one side. Secondly I had to phone FFW every week for feedback and today 17 may finally receive an answer. Bad service
